3. To empathize with the pain and agony of Christ is living as a dead person and dying to self on a daily basis! But not setting up a specific time span to lament on the death of Christ, by imagining the scenes from the movie Passion of Christ or some other commercial movie that has pictured the death of Christ emotionally!
